While January 1st is considered the beginning of a new year, to me, Autumn feels like the beginning of the new year. So much is happening at this time of year! Summer is over, children are going back to school, the weather is changing from the long summer days to shorter fall days. 

It is a time for new beginnings! If you have been sad or stressed, look around at the fall colors and the start of colorful decorations. It is the start of a new season.
